Come join the fun at our 4 week workout plan designed to inspire movement and clear your head during lock down. No equipment will be required and even though the sessions will be designed for beginner level participants, all levels of fitness are welcomed to get involved as there’ll be opportunities to push on and get more from each workout. Each workout will involved some mobility, core and resistance work.
The classes begin on the 24th of February 2021 at 10:00 and will last half an hour, finishing at 10:30. They will continue every Wednesday morning for 4 weeks, I hope to see you all there.
