Patient testimonials celebrating 15 years

To celebrate 15 years we sat down with 3 previous patients who shared their journeys with us after receiving support during a breast cancer diagnosis. Audra and Kim have now joined the Pretty n Pink team to provide help and support to others.

Approximately 1,450 women are diagnosed with breast cancer every year in Northern Ireland. Last year, thanks to supporters just like you, we were able to help over 700 patients and their families through our Pretty ‘n’ Pink support fund.

Kim & Danny

Husband and wife Kim and Danny explain how Pretty ‘n’ Pink supported their family when Kim was diagnosed with breast cancer. The couple are now stepping up to provide help and support to other patients and families.

Carol

In this video Carol describes her breast cancer journey. Carol is the second patient to feature in our video series to mark our 15th anniversary as Northern Ireland’s only registered breast cancer charity.

Audra has been volunteering in our Support Hub since August 2021, and has made quite the impact.
