A lovely chilled out hatha yoga class that will leave you feeling strong and relaxed. In this class we will practice postures that focus on alignment, strengthening and flexibility.
Each class will begin and end with a short relaxing meditation and some breath work. This class is suitable for all levels of ability.
The classes begin on the 25th of February 2021 at 17:30 and will last an hour, finishing at 18:30. They will continue every Thursday for 6 weeks, I hope to see you all there.
